Another Get Together

We managed to get a few Christmas presents partially wrapped. We still need to get the shipping boxes but things are actually moving along. We aren’t done yet but I never seem to finish too early. Oh well, it’s easier this year since we've cut down the numbers and aren't buying as many gifts as we did last year. It's just too hard to get them packaged and delivered. Hopefully, things will move a little smoother because of it. We also aren't buying clothes because you either can't get the right size or they don't always like what you pick out.

I know you can’t take a picture of all the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises but it certainly is hard to pass them up. Friday evening was no different than the night before. The sunset was fantastic. You just can’t capture the beauty of it but I keep trying.

The evening was very pleasant. Temperature was a little chilly but not bad. It still got close to 80 during the day. Toni and Doug, Janice and Jerry and Terry and I sat outside for quite a while catching up and telling stories. We have many more outings planned with folks we know who are heading this way for the winter. We can hardly wait until they all get here. We’re sure looking forward to all the fun times ahead.
