Yes, I'm experiencing a few little irritants. These little irritants aren’t the kind that make your eyes watery or your skin itch. These are the kind that get under your skin. Well, not literally get under your skin. No matter how you want to say it or look at it, these little irritants really irritate me.
Spring is in bloom all over
To begin with I can’t leave comments on some blogs. It’s usually the blogs that have their comments embedded and not set up as full pages. Now I used to be able to but what changed? I don’t have a clue but I certainly don’t like it.
Another little blogging irritant is that I also cannot save a change to a couple blogging design add-ons. I’ve tried
to do it with Safari and also with Firefox and still no luck. So, I tried changing the whole template to erase what was in the prior one … still, no such luck. This is definitely more than a just a little irritant to me. I'm annoyed.
That's not all though. There's one more little thing. My counters also stopped working on blogger. So, what happened there?
We've had another issue and that's with the refrigerator. The refrigerator has been talking to us by flashing two error codes on it's LED. The refrigerator has an LED control panel with built-in diagnostics. The most common message we were getting was a low DC indicator. For the longest time I couldn’t figure out what that was about. We were running AC so why was it flashing anything about low DC? When this happened we would start the motorhome and let it run a bit and the little LED lights would return to normal. It took a while but we finally figured this little irritant out too. It was just letting us know our batteries were low. Why were they low? Well, evidently the converter switch was in the wrong position. Once
we corrected that the batteries starting charging on their own … not a problem with “low dc” ………. irritant was fixed.

However, that was only one of the messages our refrigerator was giving us. The other flashing indicator told us we had low AC amperage. We already know that but there's nothing we can do about that here. We’re parked in our son’s driveway for about another week and very thankful to even get the 20 amp service we’re getting. We just don’t run the microwave, a heater or air conditioner all at the same time. We’re careful with what we use and have certainly learned to work around it. It’s just another little irritant but as long as we've figured out what the flashing LED’s are all about, it's really not so bad.
Hopefully, all of the blogging flukes will straighten out but I’m sure as soon as these little irritants go away …. more will come creeping by. Such is the story of Life on the Road.
We had the same problem with the refrid giving us a low dc code when we were in CA. Had a mobile tech come out and he showed us how to reset our inverter/charger. For now its working but we may eventually need a new one.
ReplyDeleteI see that Firefox has an update.....
ReplyDeleteBeing plugged in to David's house, we have a "one electrical appliance" rule. Never microwave and blow dryer, never 2 heaters at once (almost ready to put the both of them away now anyhow).
What are the add-ons you are having trouble with? I forget who it was, but someone a while back said the Blogger was making some changes. Maybe this is the problem for now.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I am sure you know this, but be sure you have Third-party Cookies turned on. Some how mine got turned off a while back and I had the same problem. I turned it back on and now I am fine.
