Just a Beautiful Day - Tree Removal

Perpetual worry will get you to one place ahead of time – the cemetery.

There are only two things to worry about.  Either you are healthy or you are sick.  If you are healthy, then there is nothing to worry about.  But, if you are sick, there are only two things to worry about.  Either you will get well or you will die.  If you get well, then there is nothing to worry about.  But, if you die, there are only two things to worry about. Either you will go to Heaven or you will go to hell.  If you go to Heaven, then there is nothing to worry about.  And, if you go to hell, you’ll be so darn busy shaking hands with your friends you won’t have time to worry.

We have had some absolutely gorgeous weather.  I wish it’d stay like this.  Days like this are just little teasers.  The more we get, the more we want and the less we really get.

Tree1aWe finally broke down and moved a little closer to good 3G service.  After fighting very slow internet for a few days, we finally reached our limit.  Maybe we’ll be back when they improve the cell towers and install new switches.  I doubt seriously it will be this summer though.  We had to make a choice.  Either watch the Navy ships come by or improve our internet connection speed.  Internet won.

We took a ride to our property to photograph all the trees that needed to be chopped down.  We had about four or five tall fir trees removed last year.  This time we have the other tall trees on our list to worry about.  Since we had one tree break in two, we thought it was time to check out the other trees and try to get in an order before it happens again.  Next time one of the trees might just fall on our motorhome!

Remember all the deer from last tree4ayear?  Well, I think they were in hiding when we visited this time.  Since it was such a nice day there were way too many people around for the weekend at the lake. The deer were probably napping while basking in the beautiful sunlight.  I'm sure we'll see plenty of them  and the new fawns another time.

Notice all the leaning trunks.  Don’t you think that some of these trees definitely need to disappear?

  1. Those tree definitely need to go. They are beautiful but dangerous. Glad you're back to the land of internet. We have a great signal here at the kid's house. But next week we disappear to Hell Creek again. Only a week this year - I refused to go for two weeks.
